The French version of this document is the authoritative one. The English, Spanish and Arabic translations are provided to make reading easier; in the event of any discrepancy, the French text prevails.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the KnowledgeCapital platform (“the Service”), published by KnowledgeCapital (“the Publisher”).

2. Acceptance

Use of the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. By creating a workspace or an account, the user acknowledges having read them.

3. Access to the Service

The Service is available online (hosted mode) or installed on the customer's own servers (sovereign / on-premise mode). Online access may require the creation of a customer workspace and of an account.

4. Account and security

The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account. The user undertakes to report any unauthorised use without delay.

5. Permitted use

The user undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the law and with these Terms of Use, without infringing the rights of third parties or the integrity of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its structure, its contents and its trademarks remain the exclusive property of the Publisher. No reproduction is permitted without prior written consent.

7. Availability

The Publisher takes reasonable steps to keep the Service available, without warranting uninterrupted access, in particular during maintenance.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The Publisher may not be held liable for indirect damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the dedicated policy: Privacy Policy

10. Amendments

The Publisher may amend these Terms of Use. Users are informed of any substantial change.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the law applicable at the Publisher's registered office. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that place.
