KnowledgeCapital is the controller of the personal data processing described below, as part of providing the Service.

2. Confinement principle

KnowledgeCapital is designed for data sovereignty. In the installed (on-premise) edition, no data leaves the customer's network. In the online edition, each customer has an isolated workspace.

3. Data collected

Depending on use: account data (name, email), professional data entered into the ERP (org chart, skills, assessments), and technical data strictly necessary for operation.

4. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to provide the Service, to manage accounts and subscriptions, and to ensure security. The legal basis is the performance of the contract and the legitimate interest of the Publisher.

5. Recipients

Data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. Only a third-party payment provider processes the billing information required for a purchase.

6. Retention period

Data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived or deleted in accordance with the applicable legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Under the applicable regulations (including the GDPR where relevant), you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may exercise them from the site: Contact form

8. Security

The Publisher implements appropriate technical and organisational measures: isolation of workspaces, encryption of exchanges between servers, logging and traceability.

9. Cookies

The site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to work (for example, identifying your workspace). No advertising cookie is placed.
