Why the directory is not enough
The directory gives the job title. The org chart gives the reporting line. Neither says who actually restarted the line three times. The expert network starts from assessed mastery, one piece of knowledge at a time.
The circuit of a question
- Someone asks a question, attached to a piece of knowledge.
- It is routed to the holders assessed at the highest level.
- The answer is validated and captured: it enriches the base and stays findable.
- Three questions without a captured answer on the same topic raise an alert in the diagnosis.
The real network, the one nobody draws
Who really consults whom: this second, invisible network reveals the people the organisation depends on. They are rarely where the org chart expects them, and they are often the ones to protect first.
Communities of practice
A facilitator, members, meetings, one video-conference room per meeting with invitations and a reminder. Minutes are born from the meeting and sealed.
Across languages
A question asked in Arabic finds an answer written in French: search crosses the product's four languages.
Answers also draw on your existing documents: Notion, SharePoint or intranet pages linked to knowledge show up in search, next to validated sheets.
