In short. The trial lasts 14 days, needs no card, and opens in one minute from the product page, on a demonstration organisation that is already mapped. When you are ready, you empty the space to map your own. Nothing is deleted at the end of the trial. Plans range from €6 to €22 per tracked person per month.
The trial
From the product page, open a trial space. It takes about a minute and asks for no payment method. There are two ways to use it:
- Demonstration data — every trial space opens on a complete fictional organisation, already mapped. Best for seeing what the product does before deciding whether it fits you.
- A clean system — in Administration → Org chart, the red “Start from scratch” zone erases the demonstration data after confirmation; your administrator account and the settings are kept. Best when you already know you want to map your own organisation.
The trial lasts 14 days. Nothing is deleted at the end: the space is kept, and it can be reopened.
The launch programme
Subscriptions are not open yet. Until they are, the launch programme offers two places: the organisations selected use KnowledgeCapital in full, free of charge, and shape the product with us. In exchange: your feedback, and permission to name your organisation if the experience convinced you. Launch pricing is guaranteed when subscriptions open.
